1. Reservations and confirmations

1.1. Reservations are considered confirmed once the pre-reservation confirmation has been sent.
1.2. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations in the case of unforeseen circumstances.
1.3. Please carefully verify your reservation details. If you find any errors, contact us via email at info@laratransfernerja.com.

2. Rates and payments

2.1. Rates will be established according to the requested services and will be clearly indicated during the booking process.
2.2. Payments are to be made directly to the driver, in cash or by credit card.
2.3. Payment for services will be made upon arrival at your destination.

3. Cancellations and refunds

3.1. Cancellations must be notified at least 12 hours before the scheduled service.
3.2. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur charges according to our current policy.

4. Responsibility and safety

4.1. We are committed to providing a safe service and complying with all applicable transportation regulations.
4.2. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control.
4.3. We reserve a 15-minute margin concerning the reservation time, as we depend on flights and traffic conditions.

5. Privacy and personal data

5.1. The personal data provided during booking will be used exclusively for service provision and will be managed in accordance with our privacy policy.

6. Airport waiting surcharge

6.1. We understand that baggage delivery may sometimes be delayed. If it takes more than one hour from landing to collect your baggage and meet the driver, an additional charge of 15€ per extra hour or fraction thereof will apply.

7. Meeting with the driver

7.1. Upon arrival at Málaga Airport, your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals area with a sign displaying your name. Please look for this sign as you exit the baggage claim area.
7.2. If you cannot find your driver after following the instructions, please contact the emergency number immediately: 0034 615823173. Our team is available to assist you and ensure a smooth transfer.
7.3. If any issue arises with your reservation and you decide to take a taxi at the airport, we will not be responsible for covering the cost of that taxi.
