Once you have made your booking to pick you up at Malaga airport, when you arrive at the departure gate your driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your name clearly visible for you to see. The driver will be happy to help you with your luggage until you arrive at the vehicle, don’t worry if your flight arrives early or is delayed, your driver will be waiting for you on time.

We monitor the flights, the driver will know at all times if your flight has been delayed to be punctually at the time it lands at Malaga airport.

Once you make your booking on our website you will receive a confirmation e-mail, this e-mail will be your proof of booking, it is not necessary to show it to the driver at the time of your arrival.

In the event that you make a reservation with us and you wish to change it at any time, you can write to us through the contact form or send an e-mail to info@laratransfernerja.com to let us know that you wish to change it and we will attend to you as soon as possible.

Do not worry, our drivers will check the status of your flight at all times, if your flight is delayed you do not have to worry, the driver will be punctually waiting for you at the time your flight lands at Malaga airport. In case of any delay you will NOT have any extra cost.

You can make your return booking through our website, by email or directly with the driver. Once you are picked up at Malaga airport during your journey, you can book your return to the airport at the end of your holiday.

Once you have completed your journey and arrived at your destination, you will have to pay the amount of the reservation to the driver, you can pay in cash in Euros or if you wish you can pay by credit card VISA, MASTER CARD OR MAESTRO.

When you are making your booking you should tick the box for a booster seat or a baby seat depending on your needs. We have high quality and comfortable pushchairs and boosters available. The child protection service is very important for the safety of the little ones and we take it very seriously.
